Bio-Identical Disclaimer

Since we don’t manufacture ingredients, the manufacturing process is unknown. However, our ingredients are bio-identical to the ingredients of food. Being in the exact same state as found in various foods thus makes it free from chemical alterations as the dietary ingredient. The FDA already allows for these bio-identical dietary ingredients in numerous dietary supplements such as common Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid, which is chemically manufactured from glucose yet as a finished product rests in a final state bio-identical to ascorbic acid from fruits and vegetables.

The FDA currently allows numerous bio-identical non-chemically altered dietary ingredients to be sold, such as Ascorbic Acid and DL-alpha-tocopherol which are both synthetic bio-identical versions of the natural product – are two easy examples. Ascorbic Acid and DL-alpha-tocopherol are both chemically synthesized, yet clearly legal as a dietary ingredient and this supplement would be no different since it’s final state will be free from any chemical alterations compared to the dietary ingredient in food.
